Church Clerk
The role of the Church Clerk is to ensure that the Church records are maintained and that all official procedures are documented.
The Church Clerk works closely with the following:
- Visitors
- Soon-to-be members
- Members who want to move to another church
- Church Members
- Departmental Heads
- Church Board
- Pastor
The Church clerk reports to the Head Office (South England Conference) on a regular basis and is an active member of the Church Board.
Responsibilities:
Prepares minutes of church board and Business Meetings
Maintains Incoming Membership Records
Transfer of Incoming and outgoing Membership
Compiles Quarterly Statistical Report
